Cancellation & Refund

We want you to be happy with your skin. Here's how cancellations, returns, and refunds work — if anything below doesn't cover your situation, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out directly.

1. Cancelling an order

• You can cancel your order for free anytime before it has been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we'll cancel it and refund any payment already made.
• Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled — at that point, our return process below applies instead.

2. Damaged or wrong item

Since our skins are printed vinyl stickers, we inspect each one before shipping — but if something still goes wrong, we'll fix it:

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please share clear photos (and a short unboxing video, if you have one) of the item and packaging when you reach out — this helps us resolve it faster.
• We'll offer a free replacement of the same design, or a full refund, depending on what you'd prefer and what's available.

3. Change of mind

Because our skins are low-cost, single-use stickers, we're not able to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind once the skin has been applied/peeled. If it's still sealed and unused, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with you on a return or exchange.

4. Items that can't be returned

• Skins that have already been applied to a card.
• Skins damaged due to misuse after delivery (for example, improper application or removal).

5. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are sent back to you using the same method you paid with (typically UPI), usually within 5–7 business days of approval. If a refund is taking longer than expected, just ping us on WhatsApp and we'll check on it.
